摘 要:目的分析锥形束CT(CBCT)结合显微超声技术治疗前磨牙复杂变异根管的效果。方法回顾性选取2018年1月至2020年1月本院前磨牙复杂变异根管患者100例(100颗牙),依据根管治疗方法分为2组,CBCT结合显微超声技术治疗组(CBCT组),50例(50颗牙),X线片结合显微超声技术治疗组(X线片组),50例(50颗牙),统计分析2组患者的发现、疏通根管情况、临床疗效。结果CBCT组患者的根管发现率98%(49/50)、根管疏通率94%(47/50)均显著高于X线片组76%(38/50)、66%(33/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CBCT组患者的治疗成功率94%(47/50)显著高于X线片组66%(33/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗失败率6%(3/50)显著低于X线片组34%(17/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBCT结合显微超声技术治疗前磨牙复杂变异根管的效果较X线片结合显微超声技术治疗好。Objective To analyze the effect of CBCT combined with micro ultrasonic technology in the treatment of complex and variant root canals of premolars.Methods One hundred cases of patients(100 teeth)with complex and variant premolar root canals in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to the root canal retreatment methods,one group was CBCT combined with micro ultrasonic technology treatment group(CBCT group,n=50,50 teeth),the other group was X-ray combined with micro ultrasonic technology treatment group(X-ray group,n=50,50 teeth).The root canal discovery rate,root canal dredging rate and clinical efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The root canal discovery rate and root canal dredging rate of the CBCT group was 98%(49/50)and 94%(47/50),respectively,they were significantly higher than the X-ray group 76%(38/50)and 66%(33/50)(P<0.05),respectively.The success rate of the CBCT group 94%(47/50)was significantly higher than the X-ray group 66%(33/50)(P<0.05),the treatment failure rate 6%(3/50)was significantly lower than the X-ray group 34%(17/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of CBCT combined with micro ultrasonic technique is better than X-ray film combined with micro ultrasonic technology in the treatment of complex and variant premolar root canals.
