摘  要:以近年来国内转炉炉衬维护技术发展为基础,总结了转炉炉衬维护方式的技术原理,对比分析了各种炉衬维护技术实际应用效果,对实现经济长寿炉龄的主要途径提出具体建议。指出中小型转炉应用喷补与渣补结合,降本增效效果明显。转炉改进镁炭砖的材质,优化综合砌炉方案,优化炼钢工艺,提高溅渣护炉效果,是转炉炉衬维护技术的发展趋势。Based on the development of domestic converter lining maintenance technology in recent years,the technical principles of different lining maintenance methods are summarized,and the practical application effects of various lining maintenance technologies are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that the combination of spraying and slag supplementation in small and medium-sized converter has obvious effect of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.It is the development trend of converter lining maintenance technology to improve the material of magnesia-carbon brick,optimize the comprehensive plan of laying bricks,optimize the steelmaking process and improve the slag splashing effect.
