摘  要:影响连铸中包定径水口夹钢的根本因素,就是定径水口之间的缝隙过大和定径水口“窝损”侵蚀严重。一般使用标准要求定径水口之间的缝隙≤0.3 mm,而且在整个使用过程中不得有“窝损”现象。现场分析表明定径水口的“窝损”现象正是引起定径水口夹钢的起源。通过深入分析影响连铸中包定径水口夹钢的因素,包括:耐材、机构和生产工艺等因素,在根据不同的因素制定相应的措施,逐渐解决了连铸中包定径水口夹钢现象。The basic factors that affect the sizing nozzle steel in continuous casting are the large gap between the sizing nozzle and the serious pit erosion.In general use,the gap between the sizing nozzle is less than 0.3 mm,and there should be no"pit damage"during the whole use.The field analysis shows that the pit damage of the sizing nozzle is the origin of the NIP steel.Based on the deep analysis of the factors affecting the clamping of sizing nozzle in continuous casting,including the factors such as refractories,mechanism and production technology,the corresponding measures are worked out according to different factors,and the phenomenon of the clamping of sizing nozzle in continuous casting is gradually solved.
