摘　　要：石家庄市小微企业面临的营商环境,既有令人满意的方面,也存在政策知晓度低、财政补贴门槛高、资金短缺普遍存在以及融资渠道受限等薄弱环节。针对营商环境的短板和存在的问题,石家庄市应强化相关政策落实,优化小微企业的融资环境,完善小微企业市场环境,完善小微企业社会化服务体系,保障小微企业的合法权益,进一步提升政府的服务效率。The business environment faced by small and micro enterprises in Shijiazhuang City has not only satisfactory aspects, but also weak links such as low policy awareness, high threshold for financial subsidies,widespread shortage of funds and limited financing channels. In view of the shortcomings and existing problems of the business environment, Shijiazhuang City should strengthen the implementation of relevant policies, optimize the financing environment for small and micro enterprises, improve the market environment of small and micro enterprises, improve the social service system for small and micro enterprises, and ensure the legality of small and micro enterprises rights and interests to further improve the efficiency of government services.
