摘  要:通过文献资料法,经研究发现,其产生的原因有:(1)长拳运动是一种以磷酸原与碳水化合物酵解为主混合供能的运动;(2)长拳运动中肌肉需要糖原作为能量来源,长拳运动中乳酸主要是在糖酵解过程中产生,工作肌和不工作肌都会产乳酸。应采取的措施有:(1)赛前或运动前2-4小时补充糖类营养物质;(2)中等强度的训练每公斤体重建议补充5g-7g糖类,大强度训练每公斤体重增加10g糖类的补充;(3)运动员可以食用果汁、运动饮料或者糖原的代替品提供所需要的能量和糖。Through the method of literature review,it is found that the reasons are as follows:(1)Changquan exercise is a kind of exercise which mainly uses the mixture of phosphogen and carbohydrate fermentation for energy supply;(2)Muscle needs glycogen as energy source in Changquan exercise;lactic acid is mainly produced in the process of glycolysis,both working and non working muscles will produce lactic acid.The measures to be taken are:(1)Supplement carbohydrate nutrients 2-4 hours before competition or 2-4 hours before sports;(2)Supplement 5-7g sugar per kilogram of body weight for moderate intensity training,and add 10g carbohydrate for each kilogram of body weight in high-intensity training;(3)Athletes can eat juice,sports drinks or substitutes of glycogen to provide energy and sugar needed.
