摘  要:在文化自信的背景下,课堂思政、文化传承是当前的教育热门话题。体育课堂也需要改革创新,挖掘优秀传统体育项目的育人价值,分析传承的机制,在体育课堂中合理地融入优秀传统体育项目,科学编制教学资料,采用有效的教学方法实现有效的课堂教学,进而做到对优秀传统体育文化的传承与发扬。In the context of cultural self-confidence,classroom ideological and political,cultural heritage is the current hot topic of education.The physical education classroom also needs reform and innovation,excavate the educational value of excellent traditional sports,analyze the inheritance mechanism,reasonably integrate the excellent traditional sports into the sports classroom,scientifically compile teaching materials,adopt effective teaching methods to realize effective classroom teaching,and achieve the inheritance and development of excellent traditional sports culture.
