摘  要:针对表贴式永磁同步电机的中、高速段无位置传感器控制,提出了在两相静止坐标系下构建以电流为主变量的扩张状态观测器进行转子位移角估计及构建以转子位移角为主变量的改进型扩张状态观测器进行转速估计的方法。该方法得到的转子位移角和转速估计值不受电机电阻参数变化的影响,且实现简便,可与采用PI控制的转速、电流双闭环矢量控制系统结合。仿真及试验结果表明,该方法估计的转子位移角和转速的精度较高,具有较高的实用价值。For sensorless control of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor running in middle and high speed section,a method using extended state observer to estimate the rotor position angle and speed was proposed.In this method,an extended state observer with current as the main variable was constructed in two phase stationary coordinate system to estimate the rotor position angle,and an improved extended state observer with rotor position angle as the main variable was also constructed to estimate the speed.The rotor position angle and speed estimated by this method are not affected by the variation of motor resistance parameters.This method is easy to implement and can be combined with PI control speed and current double closed-loop vector control system.The simulation results show that the method has high accuracy in estimating rotor position angle and speed,and has high practical value.
