放射性^(125)I粒子植入术联合中药外敷治疗肋骨转移瘤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察研究放射性^(125)I粒子植入术联合中药外敷治疗肋骨转移瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年3月福建中医药大学附属泉州市中医院收治的30例肋骨转移瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为2组,所有患者均接受盐酸羟考酮缓释片控制疼痛,其中治疗组接受放射性^(125)I粒子植入联合中药外敷治疗,观察组接受伊班膦酸钠联合中药外敷治疗。随访2个月,记录患者经治疗后疼痛缓解情况及病灶局部控制情况。结果:治疗组在治疗后7 d疼痛缓解情况优于观察组,疼痛缓解率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前及治疗后随访2个月记录靶病灶最长径比较局部控制率,治疗组局部控制率优于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:放射性^(125)I粒子植入术联合中药外敷能够有效缓解肋骨转移瘤导致的疼痛,并能有效控制局部病灶的进展,临床应用有显著疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ^(125)I radioactive seeds implantation in combination with external application of Chinese medicine to treat rib metastatic tumor.Methods:30 patients with rib metastatic tumor were selected from February 2018 to March 2019 in Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were randomly divided into 2 groups.All patients received oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets to control pain.The treatment group received ^(125)I radioactive seeds implantation in combination with Chinese medicine external application,and the observation group received the treatment of ibandronate combined with Chinese medicine external application.Follow-up for 2 months,record the rate of pain relief and the local control rate after the treatment.Results:The pain relief rate of the treatment group was better than the observation group at 7 d after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of local control rate at 2 months after treatment measured by the longest diameter of target lesions between the treatment group and the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05),the local control rate of the treatment group was better than the observation group.Conclusion:^(125)I radioactive seeds implantation combined with Chinese medicine external application can effectively relieve the pain caused by rib metastatic tumor,and has effect on controlling target lesions.
