机器人自动化传送系统在手术室耗材管理中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨采用机器人自动化传送系统在手术室高值耗材配送中的应用效果。方法选择每天9:00~11:00高值耗材配送频率高峰段,比较2019年9月~2020年1月机器人自动化传送系统配送(观察组)高值耗材与人工配送(对照组)在取货时间、送货时间、核查时间、配送正确率方面是否存在差异。结果两组取货时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组送货时间为132(82,189)s,低于对照组的278(223,368)s;观察组核查时间为55(47,175)s,低于对照组的123(95,164)s,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组配送正确率为92.3%,高于对照组的89.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用机器人自动化传送系统配送手术室高值耗材,能有效减轻手术室护士的工作量,且配送正确率高,可以满足手术需求。Objective To discuss the application effect of the robot automatic transmission system in the distribution of high-value consumables in the operating room.Methods The peak frequency period of high-value consumable distribution every day from 9:00 to 11:00 was selected,and the operation results from September 2019 to January 2020 were collected to compare the difference between robot automatic transmission system distribution(observation group)and manual distribution(control group)in pickup time,delivery time,check time and delivery accuracy.Results There was no statistically significant difference in pickup time between the two groups(P>0.05).The average delivery time of the observation group 132(82,189)seconds was shorter than that of the control group 278(223,368)seconds.The check time of the observation group 55(47,175)seconds was shorter than that of the control group 123(95,164)seconds,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The delivery accuracy of the observation group was 92.3%,higher than that of the control group 89.4%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of robot automatic transmission system to distribute high-value consumables in the operating room can effectively reduce the workload of nurses in the operating room,and the distribution accuracy is high,so as to meet the requirements of surgery.
