摘  要:目的了解中药和食品中大豆异黄酮分析方法的研究进展。方法通过查阅相关文献并归纳总结,综述近年来各种分析技术在中药和食品中大豆异黄酮分析中的应用。结果大豆异黄酮的分析方法包括薄层扫描法、紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱(HPLC)法、超高效液相色谱(UPLC)法和液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)法,其中HPLC法被广泛应用于大豆异黄酮的测定。结论大豆异黄酮的分析方法取得了一定进展,大豆异黄酮作为重要的生物活性成分,对其分析检测方法的进一步探讨具有重要意义。Objective To review the research progress of analytical methods of soybean isoflavones in traditional Chinese medicines and foods.Methods The application of various analytical techniques in analysis of soybean isoflavones in traditional Chinese medicines and foods was reviewed by consulting relevant literature and summarizing.Results The analytical methods of soybean isoflavones include thin layer chromatogramphy scanning,UV spectrophotometry,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS).Among them,HPLC method was widely used in the determination of soybean isoflavones.Conclusion Much progress has been made in analytical methods of soybean isoflavones in traditional Chinese medicines and foods.As important bioactive components,it is of great significance to further explore the analytical methods of soybean isoflavones.
