摘 要:阐述了坦克装甲车辆主动悬挂的需求和技术进展,详细介绍了电力-液压(简称电液)主动悬挂和机械-电力(简称机电)主动悬挂的结构及特点;结合电液主动悬挂和机电主动悬挂两种典型主动悬挂的试验验证情况,分析了现有坦克装甲车辆主动悬挂结构技术的瓶颈问题;归纳了坦克装甲车辆主动悬挂对结构性能的要求和关键技术,即高功率密度、高可靠性、低迟滞作动器技术;针对性地提出了新型主动悬挂结构研究思路:引入机电液复合作动器,规避了电液主动悬挂的时滞大和机电主动悬挂的惯性冲击问题,可实现悬挂的主动控制,为“十四五”坦克装甲车辆主动悬挂技术研究提供了方向性参考。The technical status and the lastest research progress of active suspension structure technology for military vehicles are introduced,and the structure and characteristics of electro-hydraulic and electromechanical active suspensions are introduced in detail.The bottleneck problems of active suspension structure for military vehicles are analyzed from the test results of electro-hydraulic and electromechainical active suspensions.The requirements of military vehicle active suspension for structural performance and the key bottleneck technologies are summarized,which are high power density,high reliability and low hysteresis actuator technology.A clear research idea of new active suspension structure is put forward:the innovative introduction of electro-hydraulic composite actuator can not only avoid the large time delay of electro-hydraulic active suspension and the inertial impact of electromechanical active suspension,but also realize the active suspension control.
