新媒体时代高校学生党员在引领班级学风建设方面的作用探析

摘　　要：新媒体推动着高校班级管理、学风建设的多样化和精准化发展,高校班级管理与建设正呈现出从“实体空间”向“虚拟空间”转变的趋势。“虚拟班级”极大改变了传统模式下“实体班级”的学风建设,进一步彰显了学生党员在引领班级学风建设中的作用。基于此,围绕新媒体时代学生党员引领班级学风建设的内在依据和现实特征进行阐述,重点突出学生党员的“四个引领”作用,进一步彰显“内生动力+外在推动”的班级学风建设模式。New media promotes the diversified and accurate development of class management and study style construction in colleges and universities,and the class management and construction in colleges and universities is showing a trend from“physical space”to“virtual space”.“Virtual class”has greatly changed the traditional mode o“f physical class”style of study construction,and further highlights the role of student party members in leading the class style of study construction.Based on this,this paper focuses on the internal basis and practical characteristics of student party members leading the construction of class style of study in the new media era,highlights the“four leading”role of student party members,and further highlights the construction mode of“endogenous power and external promotion”of class style of study.
