摘 要:为了避免副车架因激励而产生的共振问题,副车架的模态试验研究具有重要意义。以某轿车副车架为研究对象,通过HyperMesh建立了车架的有限元模型,并利用ABAQUS计算出该车架结构的前10阶固有频率。采用移动传感器和移动力锤的试验方法对副车架固有频率进行测试,获得模态实验数据。通过对比试验模态和计算模态的值,两者的最大相对误差在5%以内,验证了有限元模型的正确性,为后续动静力学分析提供数据支持,研究结果对副车架的结构优化和改进具有重要的指导意义。In order to avoid the resonance problem caused by the excitation of the sub-frame,it is significant to research the modal test the sub-frame.This paper takes a car's sub-frame as the research object.The finite element model of the frame is established by HyperMesh,and the first 10 natural frequencies of the frame structure are calculated by ABAQUS.The natural frequency of the sub-frame is tested by the test method of the moving sensor and the moving hammer,and the modal experimental data is obtained.By comparing the experimental modal and the calculated modal values,the maximum relative error between them is less than 5%,which verifies the correctness of the finite element model and provides data support for the subsequent dynamic and static mechanics analysis.The research results have important guidance for the structural optimization and improvement of the sub-frame.
