摘 要:近年,国内叉车销量快速增长,保有量已突破200万辆,其中70%以上为内燃叉车。内燃叉车实际使用工况范围大,动力系统难以高效匹配,使得发动机长期工作在非高效区,造成大量能量损耗,致使油耗高和排放差。利用油电混合动力技术,通过引入辅助电机,构造并联、串联或混联混合动力系统,可以有效改善工况波动对发动机的不利影响,提高燃油经济性,达到节能减排目的。概述国内叉车油电混合动力系统的结构特点、复合模式、控制策略和节能减排效果。In recent years,the sales volume of domestic forklifts has increased rapidly,and the number of forklifts has exceeded 2 million,of which more than 70%are diesel forklifts.Due to the wide range of practical working conditions of diesel forklifts,it is difficult to match the power system efficiently,which makes the engine run in an inefficient state for a long time,resulting in a large amount of energy consumption,high fuel consumption and poor emission.Using oil-electric hybrid power technology,introducing auxiliary motors and constructing parallel,series or series-parallel hybrid power systems can effectively improve adverse effects of working condition change on engines,improve fuel economy,save energy and reduce emissions.This paper summarizes the structure characteristics,compound mode,control strategy and energy saving and emission reduction effect of the hybrid system of domestic forklifts.
