含枸橼酸铋钾的四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染所致消化性溃疡患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨含枸橼酸铋钾的四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染所致消化性溃疡患者的临床效果。方法选取我科2017年1月至2018年12月收治的68例幽门螺杆菌感染所致的消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,根据随机原则分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=34)。观察组患者给予口服枸橼酸铋钾、奥美拉唑、克拉霉素和阿莫西林治疗,对照组患者仅口服奥美拉唑、克拉霉素和阿莫西林治疗。比较两组幽门螺杆菌清除率、临床总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者幽门螺杆菌清除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05);观察组患者临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用含枸橼酸铋钾的四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染所致消化性溃疡患者,不仅能有效杀灭幽门螺杆菌,提高临床疗效,而且不增加不良反应。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of bismuth potassium citrate quadruple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer caused by helicobacter pylori infection.Methods A total of 68 patients with peptic ulcer caused by helicobacter pylori infection in our department from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with oral bismuth potassium citrate,omeprazole,clarithromycin and amoxicillin.The patients in the control group were treated with oral omeprazole,clarithromycin and amoxicillin.The clearance rate of helicobacter pylori,the total clinical effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clearance rate of helicobacter pylori in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quadruple therapy with bismuth potassium citrate in the treatment of peptic ulcer caused by helicobacter pylori infection can not only more effectively inhibit gastric acid secretion,but also without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
