综合疗法治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析采用综合疗法对牙周牙髓联合病变进行临床治疗所取得的效果,以方便为临床干预工作提供科学的参考价值。方法对2017年12月至2019年3月来我院进行治疗的180例牙周牙髓联合病变患者按随机方法分为观察组和对照组。观察组的90例患者通过综合疗法治疗,对照组的90例患者实施常规疗法进行治疗。评价两组治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组的治疗总有效率明显比对照组高(96.67%vs.83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(7.78%vs.17.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对牙周牙髓联合病变患者治疗时,应用综合疗法可促进临床症状的改善,提高治疗总有效率,降低不良反应的发生。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive treatment on combined periodontal and pulpal lesions in clinical treatment,so as to provide scientific reference value for clinical intervention.Methods From December 2017 to March 2019,180 patients with combined periodontal and endodontic disease who came to our hospital for treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Ninety patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive therapy,and 90 patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy.The treatment effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.67%vs.83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(7.78)%vs.(17.78%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When treating patients with combined periodontal and pulpal disease,the application of comprehensive therapy can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,increase the total effective rate of treatment,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
