无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗硬核白内障患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗硬核白内障患者的临床效果。方法选择2017年3月至2018年6月医院收治的140例硬核白内障患者,将其中70例接受无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗的患者作为小切口组,另外70例接受无缝线大切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗的患者作为大切口组。比较两组术后第1日、第7日、1个月、3个月及6个月的矫正视力和散光程度。结果小切口组术后第1日、第7日、1个月、3个月及6个月的矫正视力分别为(0.49±0.17)、(0.62±0.12)、(0.65±0.27)、(0.69±0.19)、(0.70±0.14),大切口组分别为(0.42±0.21)、(0.50±0.22)、(0.54±0.19)、(0.60±0.28)、(0.64±0.17),组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。小切口组术后第1日、第7日、1个月、3个月及6个月的角膜散光程度分别为(0.77±0.23)、(1.14±0.31)、(1.15±0.63)、(0.86±0.24)、(0.72±0.28),大切口组分别为(1.02±0.37)、(1.73±0.24)、(1.55±0.52)、(1.33±0.48)、(1.19±0.11),组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硬核白内障采用无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗,可有效改善视力,并且减小角膜散光。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of extracapsular cataract extraction without suture incision in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract.Methods From March 2017 to June 2018,140 cases of hard core cataract patients were selected,70 of them received extracapsular cataract extraction without suture small incision and the other 70 received extracapsular cataract extraction without suture large incision,as the small incision group and the large incision group,respectively.The corrected visual acuity and astigmatism of the two groups were compared at 1 d,7 d,1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery.Results The corrected visual acuity of the small incision group at 1 d,7 d,1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery were respectively(0.49±0.17),(0.62±0.12),(0.65±0.27),(0.69±0.19),(0.70±0.14),while those of large incision group were respectively(0.42±0.21),(0.50±0.22),(0.54±0.19),(0.60±0.28),(0.64±0.17),and the comparison with statistical significance(P<0.05).The corneal astigmatism of the small incision group at 1 d,7 d,1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery were respectively(0.77±0.23),(1.14±0.31),(1.15±0.63),(0.86±0.24)and(0.72±0.28),while those of large incision group were respectively(1.02±0.37),(1.73±0.24),(1.55±0.52),(1.33±0.48),(1.19±0.11),and the comparison with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Hard nucleus cataracts were treated with seamless small incision extracapsular cataract extraction,which can effectively improve vision and reduce corneal astigmatism.
