原发性帕金森病患者认知功能障碍与脑动脉硬化的相关性

摘　　要：目的分析原发性帕金森病认知功能障碍与脑动脉硬化的相关性。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月收治的52例原发性脑动脉硬化患者以及52名健康体检者作为研究对象,对应设为常规组(未合并脑动脉硬化的原发性帕金森病患者)、观察组(合并脑动脉硬化的原发性帕金森病患者)及对照组(体检者)。给予3组经颅多普勒超声检查,评估原发性帕金森病认知功能障碍与脑动脉硬化的相关性。结果观察组基底动脉的血管阻力指数(RI)、血管搏动指数(PI)均高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组舒张末期血流速度(Vd)低于常规组与对照组(P<0.05)。原发性帕金森病认知功能与基底动脉PI、RI呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论原发性帕金森病认知功能障碍患者更易合并脑动脉硬化,应加强对合并认知功能障碍帕金森患者的规范化管理。Objective To analyze the relationship between cognitive dysfunction and arteriosclerosis in patients with primary Parkinson's disease.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,52 patients with primary arteriosclerosis and 52 health examinees were selected as subjects,the patients were divided into routine group(patients with primary parkinson's disease without brain arteriosclerosis),observation group(patients with primary Parkinson's disease with brain arteriosclerosis)and control group(people with physical examination).Transcranial Dopler sonography was performed in three groups to assess the association between cognitive impairment and arteriosclerosis in patients with Parkinson's disease.Results The Resistance Index(RI)and Pulsatile Index(PI)of basilar artery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The end diastolic blood flow velocity(Vd)in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group and the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive function of PD was negatively correlated with PI and RI of basilar artery(P<0.05).Conclusion Primary Parkinson's disease patients with cognitive dysfunction were more likely to be complicated by arteriosclerosis,and the standardized management of Parkinson's patients with cognitive dysfunction should be strengthened.
