喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗对双相情感障碍患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析双相情感障碍(BD)采用丙戊酸镁联合喹硫平治疗的效果及对其生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2019年6月医院收治的98例BD患者,采用随机法进行分组,分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组采取丙戊酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合喹硫平治疗,对比两组的生活质量、睡眠质量、焦虑评分、抑郁评分及治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的79.59%(P<0.05)。观察组睡眠质量各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组肢体疼痛评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组生活质量其他维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于BD患者来说,给予其丙戊酸镁联合喹硫平治疗可获得良好的效果,可有效改善患者的焦虑和抑郁症状,提升其睡眠质量,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of magnesium valproate and quetiapine on the quality of life in patients with bipolar disorder(BD).Methods A total of 98 BD patients admitted from May 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium valproate,while the observation group was treated with quetiapine plus magnesium valproate.The quality of life,sleep quality,anxiety score,depression score and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was 95.92%higher than that of control group(79.59%)(P<0.05).The scores of sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in limb pain scores between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).However,the scores of other dimensions of quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The SAS scores and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For BD patients,magnesium valproate and quetiapine treatment can obtain good effect,can effectively improve the anxiety and depression symptoms of patients,improve the sleep quality,improve the treatment effect and quality of life.
