持续泵入恩度联合多西他赛及洛铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探究持续泵入恩度联合多西他赛及洛铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月医院收治的74例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为试验组(37例,采用持续泵入恩度联合多西他赛及洛铂治疗)和对照组(37例,采用多西他赛及洛铂治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果、生活质量、症状缓解情况及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组症状缓解情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对非小细胞肺癌患者施行持续泵入恩度联合多西他赛及洛铂治疗能够显著缓解患者的症状,提升其生活质量,用药安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of continuous pumping of endo combined with docetaxel and lobaplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 74 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into a experimental group(37 cases,treated with continuous pumping of Endo,docetaxel and lobaplatin)and a control group(37 cases,treated with docetaxel and lobaplatin).The treatment effect,quality of life,symptom relief and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the symptom relief of the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous pumping of endo combined with docetaxel and lobaplatin for patients with non-small cell lung cancer can significantly relieve the symptoms of patients,improve their quality of life,and have high drug safety.
