左金丸合半夏泻心汤加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨左金丸合半夏泻心汤加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎患者的临床效果。方法选取我院于2017年3月至2019年3月收治的108例胆汁反流性胃炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组应用兰索拉唑肠溶片和枸橼酸莫沙必利胶囊进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用左金丸合半夏泻心汤加减治疗。对比两组治疗后的临床疗效和各项症状表现的缓解率。结果治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的胃脘痛、饱胀及反酸嗳气的症状缓解率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上应用左金丸合半夏泻心汤加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎患者的临床效果突出,可显著改善患者的临床症状。Objective To investigate the clinical application of zuojin pill and banxia xiexin decoction in the treatment of patients with bile reflux gastritis.Methods A total of 108 patients with bile reflux gastritis admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were divided into control group and observation group by using random number table grouping method,54 patients in each group.In the control group,lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets and mosapride citrate capsules were used for western medicine treatment.The observation group was treated with zuojin pill and banxia xiexin decoction.The clinical efficacy and the response rate of each symptom were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate and effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom relief rate of gastric pain,fullness and acid reflux was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of zuojin pill combined with banxia xiexin decoction in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis was more prominent,which can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients and significantly improve the symptoms of patients.
