摘　　要：管理创新是中小企业得以健康持续发展的基本动力,特别是在市场经济快速变化的新时期,企业如何通过创新管理手段实现跨越式发展,是关系到企业核心竞争力和未来发展的关键。基于此,论文立足现实,通过分析当前中小企业管理创新中出现的问题,结合多年的实践工作经验,提出了几点未来中小企业管理创新发展的重点。Management innovation is the basic driving force for the healthy and sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Especially in the new period of rapid changes in the market economy,how enterprises can achieve leapfrog development through innovative management means is the key to their core competitiveness and future development.Based on this,the paper is based on reality,through the analysis of the problems that appear in the current management innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises,combined with many years of practical work experience,puts forward some key points of management innovation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the future.
