摘　　要：通过对研究生第二课堂的现状分析及走访调研,总结出研究生第二课堂目前存在高校重视程度不够、导师认识不到位、管理机制不完善、保障机制不健全、评价机制较欠缺、激励机制待充实的问题。因此,提出了基于KAQ理论的研究生第二课堂体系建设原则、内容和途径。This paper summarizes the existing problems in the second classroom of postgraduates through the analysis of the status investigation. The problems in the second class of postgraduates include inadequate attention of universities,inadequate understanding of mentors, imperfect mechanism of management, safeguard, evaluation and incentive. Therefore, the principles, contents and ways of postgraduate second classroom system construction based on KAQ theory are put forward.
