摘　　要：生本教育理论的核心内容是:在教育中必须一切为了学生,高度尊重学生,全面依靠学生,生本教育与师本教育在理念、学生和教师的角色、机制等方面有着不同的特征。文章在总结《管理理论与方法》课程应用生本教育理论实践经验的基础上,深入分析生本教育对军校实战化教学的启示,并论述了生本教育在实战化教学中的应用流程及做法。The core concept of"life education"theory is all for students,highly respecting students,fully relying on students.There are different characteristics between student-based education and teacher-based education in terms of ideas,roles of teachers and students,and mechanisms.On the basis of summing up the practical experience in course of"Management theory and method",this paper analyzes the enlightenment deeply in practical teaching of military academy,and discusses the application process and method.
