摘  要:目的:测定并分析河南裕丹参中活性成分的含量。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法分别在270 nm和286 nm的波长下测定不同年份河南裕丹参中总丹参酮与丹参总酚酸的含量,并对测定结果进行分析。结果:采用紫外-可见分光光度法对不同年份的裕丹参进行检测的结果显示,2018年3份裕丹参中总丹参酮的平均含量为4.79%,2016年3份裕丹参中总丹参酮的平均含量为4.26%;2018年3份裕丹参中丹参总酚酸的平均含量为37.9%,2016年3份裕丹参中丹参总酚酸的平均含量为34.7%。结论:河南裕丹参中总丹参酮和丹参总酚酸的含量较高,其品质优良。河南裕丹参中总丹参酮和丹参总酚酸的含量会随着贮存时间的延长而减少。Objective:To determine and analyze the content of active ingredients in Henan yu-miltiorrhiza.METHODS:UV-Vis spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of total tanshinone and total phenolic acid of Salvia miltiorrhiza in different years at the wavelength of 270 nm and 286 nm,and the determination results were analyzed.RESULTS:UV-Vis spectrophotometry was used to detect Yudan miltiorrhiza in different years.The average content of total tanshinone in 3 Yudan miltiorrhiza samples in 2018 was 4.79%,and the average content of total tanshinone in 3 Yudan miltiorrhiza samples in 2016 was 4.26%.In 2018,the average content of total phenolic acid of Salvia miltiorrhiza in three samples was 37.9%,and in 2016,the average content of total phenolic acid of Salvia miltiorrhiza in three samples was 34.7%.Conclusion:The content of total tanshinone and total phenolic acid of Salvia miltiorrhiza from Henan is high,and its quality is good.The contents of total tanshinone and total salvianolic acid in Henan yu-miltiorrhiza decreased with the prolonging of storage time.
