摘　　要：目的:探索载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中的关联以及与血脂的关系。方法:选取确诊为缺血性脑卒中的患者150例作为实验组,另选取140例健康体检者为对照组,全自动生化仪检测患者血脂,采用PCR荧光探针技术检测ApoE基因型。结果:卒中组等位基因ε4分布频率较对照组高(P<0.05);卒中组中ε4基因型患者血脂TC和LDL-C水平显著高于ε2和ε3基因型患者(P<0.01);与ε3基因携带者相比,ε4基因携带者患病风险升高,等位基因ε4与缺血性脑卒中风险呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:ApoE基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中发病存在关联,ε4基因携带者患病风险高于ε3基因携带者。Objective:To investigate how apolipoprotein E(ApoE)gene polymorphism associates with ischemic stroke and its relationship with blood lipids.Methods:A total of 150 patients diagnosed with ischemic stroke were enrolled as the stroke group,and another 140 healthy subjects as the control group.Of these subjects,blood lipids were measured by using automatic biochemical analyzer,and the ApoE genotype was examined by probe-based fluorescent PCR.Results:Theε4 allele frequency distribution in the stroke group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the stroke group,patients withε4 genotype had significantly higher serum levels of total cholesterol(TC)and LDL-C than those withε2 andε3 genotypes(P<0.01).Compared with theε3 gene carriers,subjects withε4 genetype were at a higher risk of stroke.Alleleε4 positively correlated with the risk of ischemic stroke(P<0.05).Conclusion:ApoE gene polymorphism is associated with onset of ischemic stroke.The risk of stroke is higher inε4 gene carriers compared withε3 gene carriers.
