积极心理学在大学生心理危机干预中的变革路径

摘　　要：为了解决日益普遍、严峻的大学生心理危机问题,本研究提出了积极心理学视角下的心理危机干预模式。一方面,要从“内生力量”和“社会支持”两个方面强化大学生心理危机应对的积极力量,实现“救火队”工作模式到“防疫者”工作模式的积极转变;另一方面,重视“以幸福为中心的生命教育”和“以逆商为中心的挫折教育”的积极心理危机预防工作,践行“基于积极心理品质测查的心理潜能激发”和“基于积极心理支持建构的心理资本聚力”的积极心理危机干预工作,实现“被动干预”到“主动预防”的积极转变。In order to solve the increasingly common and severe psychological crisis of college students,the study proposes a psychological crisis intervention model from the perspective of positive psychology.First,the paper considers that we should strengthen the positive response power of college students’psychological crisis from“endogenous strength”and“social support”and realize the positive transformation from“fire brigade”mode to“epidemic prevention”mode.Second,attention should be paid to the positive psychological crisis prevention work of“happiness centered life education”and“adversity quotient centered frustration education”,and we should practice“the positive psychological crisis intervention work based on the positive psychological quality test”and“psychological capital building based on the construction of positive psychological support”,and realize the positive transformation from“passive intervention”to“active prevention”.
