一株新型抑制细菌性阴道病的菌种鉴定

摘  要:鉴定了一株阴道分离的新型菌株RD-0046,并分析其抑制病菌的能力和粘附阴道细胞的能力.通过细菌基因组提取,16S rDNA PCR扩增和测序以及序列比对的方法鉴定RD-0046;采用牛津杯法研究RD-0046的抑制致病菌的能力;通过细菌和阴道上皮细胞VK2/E6E7共培养,研究其粘附能力.结果,RD-0046经鉴定为格氏乳杆菌(Lactobacillus gasseri),具有很强的抑制阴道厌氧菌和常见好氧型病菌的功能,以及粘附阴道上皮细胞的能力.分离鉴定的乳杆菌RD-0046具有临床应用的潜质.This research identified a novel strain RD-0046 that was isolated from vagina and analysed its bacteriostatic function and cell adhesion function.RD-0046 was identified by PCR amplification and sequencing of 16S rDNA after extraction of bacterial genome.Bacteriostatic function was detected using Oxford cup method while cell adhesion function was determined by co-cultivation of bacteria and vaginal epithelial cells VK2/E6E7.The results have revealed that RD-0046 was confirmed to be Lactobacillus gasseri,with strong bacteriostatic effects on both anaerobic bacteria and aerobic bacteria,as well as the ability to adhere to vaginal epithelial cells.Therefore,the isolated and identified RD-0046 has promising potential for clinical application.
