摘 要:基于社会学习理论和归因理论,探究责任型领导对员工绿色行为的影响机理,并验证环境心理控制源的边界作用。研究表明,责任型领导显著正向影响员工绿色行为;绿色心理氛围部分中介责任型领导与员工绿色行为之间的关系;环境心理控制源不仅调节了绿色心理氛围与员工绿色行为之间的关系,还调节了责任型领导—绿色心理氛围—员工绿色行为这一中介机制。研究为企业培养和促进员工绿色行为提供了一定的启示,能为企业提升其环保绩效。Based on the Social Learning Theory and Attribution Theory,this study explores the influence mechanism of responsible leadership on employee green behavior and verifies the moderated effect of environmental locus of control.The research results show that responsible leadership has a significant positive impact on employee green behavior.Secondly,green psychological climate partially mediates the relationship between responsible leadership and employee green behavior.Lastly,the relationship between green psychological climate and employee green behavior is moderated by environmental locus of control,which also moderates the indirect effect of responsible leadership on employee green behavior through green psychological climate.This study provides some enlightenment for the organization to cultivate and promote employee green behavior,which is helpful for enterprises to improve their environmental performance.
