摘  要:江苏省徐州、连云港和宿迁三市七所五年制高职院校教师的主观幸福感、职业压力的测量结果显示,五年制高职校726名教师,占比48.1%的教师感到有中度职业压力甚至严重职业压力;在总体主观幸福感上,男、女教师存在着非常显著的性别差异;女性教师主观幸福感得分明显高于男性教师;不同职称的教师存在着非常显著的差异;主观幸福感与职业压力呈非常显著的负相关,主观幸福感越高,职业压力感越低;教师的职业压力是影响其主观幸福感的重要因素,职业压力在一定程度上可以预测其主观幸福感的程度。Subjective well-being and occupational stress of teachers in seven five-year higher vocational colleges in Xuzhou,Lianyungang and Suqian,Jiangsu Province,are measured,726 teachers in five-year higher vocational schools,accounting for 48. 1% of the teachers,felt moderate or even serious professional pressure. there are significant gender differences between male and female teachers,the subjective well-being scores of female teachers are higher than that of male teachers,and there are significant differences among teachers with different professional titles The higher the subjective well-being,the lower the occupational stress;teachers’ occupational stress is an important factor affecting their subjective well-being,occupational stress can predict the degree of subjective well-being to some extent.
