摘  要:以黑曲霉H-08为出发菌株,通过紫外线(UV)和亚硝基胍(NTG)复合诱变技术,筛选到1株酶活力提高明显的菌株UN3-36。经过多次复筛验证,证明其遗传性质稳定,酶活力显著提高,摇瓶的发酵酶活力可以达到19200 U/m L,较出发菌株提高了90%左右。The original strain of Aspergillus niger H-08 was modified in genetic characteristics with compound mutagenesis by UV and NTG.A high glucoamylase-yielding strain UN-36was screened from the mutants by slab screening and shake flask rescreening,which has high enzyme activity and good genetic stability.The enzyme activity of the shake flask-fermentationreached 19200 u/ml,which was 50%higher than that of the original strain.
