摘 要:作为燃烧加热器中常用流量控制单元,文氏管具有结构简单、流量控制精确的优点,能够帮助燃烧加热器准确地模拟所需总温和总压等参数。由于经典文氏管喉部面积固定,通过改变其上游气体压力的方式来控制气体流量,流量的变化范围相对较窄。为了解决这一问题,通过在经典文氏管中增加一个可移动节流体的方式设计了一种可调文氏管,该文氏管利用PLC控制步进电机调整节流体位置,进而改变文氏管喉部面积,实现对气体流量的控制。通过对可调文氏管的系统标定,获得了可调文氏管喉部面积与节流体位移之间的关系;将设计的可调文氏管应用在氢气/氧气/空气燃烧加热器上,能够方便地实现对气体流量的动态控制,满足燃烧加热器参数动态可调的需求。As a flow control unit commonly used in combustion heater,Venturi tube has the advantages of simple structure and precise flow control.It can help the combustion heater accurately simulate the required parameters such as total temperature and total pressure.Because of the fixed throat area of the traditional Venturi tube,different gas flow are usually obtained by changing the upstream gas pressure,but the flow control range is relatively narrow.In order to solve this problem,an area-changeable Venturi Tube was designed by adding a movable throttle body to the classic Venturi tube.A PLC was used to control the stepper motor to adjust the position of the throttle body,thereby changing the throat area of Venturi tube and then realizing the control of the gas flow.Through the system calibration of the area-changeable Venturi Tube,the relationship between the throat area and the displacement of the throttle body was obtained.The designed area-changeable Venturi Tube was applied in the hydrogen/oxygen/air combustion heater;it could easily realize the dynamic control of the gas flow and meet the needs of the dynamic adjustment of the combustion heater parameters.
