摘 要:目的:为新时期地方高校培育“问题导向学习”型人才提供新思路。方法:根据我校应用型人才的办学定位的要求,针对食品专业基础化学实验教学现状及存在的问题,基于Problem-based Leaning(PBL)教学模式从实验内容设计、课堂教学、课程考核方式等方面提出改革措施。结果:基础化学实验分设基础性实验、综合性实验、探究性实验三种类型,教学模式采用PBL,考核方式采用过程性评价体系。结论:基于PBL教学模式的基础化学实验教学改革对于提高课堂的教学效率和学习效率,提升学生操作技能具有重要意义。Aim:This article provide new ideas for local colleges and universities to cultivate problem-oriented learning talents in the new era.Method:According to the orientation of our applied talent requirements,for the basic chemistry experiment teaching present of situation and problems of food major,Problem-based Leaning(PBL)proposed the reform measures from the aspects of experimental content design,classroom teaching,and examination methods.Results:Basic chemistry experiment is divided into three types:basic experiment,comprehensive experiment and exploratory experiment.PBL is adopted as the teaching mode and process evaluation system is adopted as the examination method.Conclusion:The reformation of basic chemistry experiment teaching based on PBL teaching mode is of great significance for improving the teaching efficiency and learning efficiency in class and improving students'operational skills.
