摘　　要：目的:构建肺移植病房护理质量评价指标体系,为肺移植护理工作质量评价提供依据。方法:以Donabedian的三维质量结构模式为理论框架,通过查阅文献、半结构式访谈及小组成员反复讨论拟定肺移植病房护理质量评价指标体系的专家咨询问卷初稿,进行两轮专家函询,研究小组对函询结果进行整理与分析,对指标结构、条目内容及顺序进行反复讨论,确定肺移植病房护理质量评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定其权重。结果:构建3个一级指标(结构质量、过程质量、结果质量)、18个二级指标、111个三级指标的肺移植病房护理质量评价指标体系。两轮专家函询问卷有效回收率分别为100.0%和82.6%;专家权威系数分别为0.835,0.830;肯德尔协调系数分别为0.157,0.135(P<0.001);各指标权重的一致性检验显示,一致性比率均<0.1。结论:肺移植病房护理质量评价指标体系构建方法科学,评价指标可靠,指标体系具有较强的专科特色,紧贴肺移植临床护理工作,为肺移植病房护理质量的临床评价提供良好的评价方法。Objective:To construct an evaluation index system for nursing quality in lung transplantation wards to provide a basis for the evaluation of nursing quality in lung transplantation.Methods:Using Donabedian's three dimensional quality structure model as the theoretical framework,the first draft of the expert consultation questionnaire for nursing quality evaluation indicators in lung transplantation wards was drawn up through literature review,semi⁃structured interviews,and repeated discussions between groups.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted.The results of the consultation were sorted and analyzed,the index structure,item content,and sequence were discussed repeatedly,and the evaluation index system of nursing quality in the lung transplantation ward was determined,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine its weight.Results:The evaluation index system for the quality of nursing in lung transplantation wards was constructed with 3 first-level indicators(structure quality,process quality,outcome quality),18 second⁃level indicators,and 111 third⁃level indicators.The effective recovery rates of the two⁃rounds expert consultation were 100.0%and 82.6%respectively;the expert authority coefficients were 0.835 and 0.830,respectively;the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.157 and 0.135,respectively(P<0.001);the consistency test of the weight of each indicator showed that the consistency ratios were all<0.1.Conclusions:The method used to construct the evaluation index system for nursing quality in the lung transplantation wards was scientific,the evaluation index was reliable,and the index system had strong specialty characteristics and closely followed the clinical nursing work of lung transplantation,which provided a good evaluation method for clinical evaluation of nursing quality in lung transplantation wards.
