摘　　要：既是对基本概念的诠释与辨析,尝试解决非专业人士的“入门”问题;也是对整体发展的探索与思考,试图通过基本的分析,更好地认识和理解我国当前的社会工作。“正在经历的社会工作”,是因为我们正处于变化之中;“作为研究方法的描写”,是为了更加客观地呈现实情。或换言之,以对“什么是社会工作?”“什么是社会工作者?”“社会工作价值观的发展与构建”“社会工作伦理的困境与美学扩张的可能性”等四个专题及相关问题的分析与解答,尝试挖掘我国社会工作的本原,认为只有知晓和把握了这样的本原,我们才能够更有效地解决现实中的问题和更好地发展我们的社会工作。This paper is not only to interpret and differentiate the basic concepts,trying to solve the threshold problem for non-professionals,but also to explore and reconsider the overall development through the basic analysis,attempting to better understand and comprehend the current social work in China.“The ongoing social work”is because we are in a state of changing;“as a description of research methods”is to present the facts more objectively,or in other words,to analyse and to answer the following four projects or related problems:“what is social work?”,“what is a social worker?”,“the development and construction of social work values”,and“the dilemma of social work ethics and the possibility of aesthetics expansion”.Only by digging and grasping the origin of social work in China,can we solve problems in reality more effectively and better develop our social work.
