摘 要:电力抢修力量的优化调配是电力系统辅助决策研究的关键内容之一,震后应急处置中对这种辅助决策提出了更高的时效性要求。首先基于地震救灾案例统计分析和专家咨询给出了电力抢修人员的需求模型;然后利用层次分析法,建立了震后电力设施抢修优先度的快速评判模型;进而利用运筹学中线性规划方法,以应急抢修时间最短为目标构建了震后电力抢修力量快速优化调配决策模型;最后给出了该模型的算例实现。The optimal allocation for electrical emergency workers is one of the key issues in the research of aid decision-making of electrical power system.According to the requirement of higher timeliness in post-earthquake emergency period,the technical ideas of optimal allocation for electrical emergency workers were put forward.Firstly,based on recent earthquake relief cases and expert consultation,the demand experience relationship of electrical emergency workers was given.Then an evaluation model for the priority of post-earthquake electric repair is established by the analytic hierarchy process.And then,the algorithm of transport problems in operational research was used to construct the model of optimal allocation of electrical emergency workers during the emergency repair time.Finally,an example was given to illustrate the process of implementation of this optimization model.
