丹红注射液与丁苯酞注射液联合用药治疗急性脑梗死的临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨丹红注射液与丁苯酞注射液联合用药方案治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果及不良反应,为临床医师选择合理用药方案提供参考。方法110例急性脑梗死患者,依据随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组55例。两组均予以常规治疗,B组加用丹红注射液治疗,A组在B组基础上加用丁苯酞注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分,不良反应发生情况。结果A组临床治疗总有效率为94.54%高于B组的81.82%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,A组NIHSS、ADL评分分别为(7.45±1.17)、(80.18±4.85)分均显著优于B组的(9.54±1.04)、(67.76±4.26)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组不良反应发生率为3.64%与B组的5.45%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹红注射液与丁苯酞注射液联合用药方案治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果显著,可改善脑神经功能缺损情况及生活质量,且安全可靠,具临床推广价值。Objective To discuss the clinical effect and adverse reactions of Danhong injection combined with butylphthalide injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,so as to provide reference for clinicians to choose rational drug use scheme.Methods A total of 110 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into group A and group B according to random numerical table,with 55 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional therapy,on this basis,group B was treated with Danhong injection,and group A was treated with butylphthalide injection based on group B.The clinical efficacy,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score and activities of daily living(ADL)score before and after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of group A was 94.54%,which was significantly higher than 81.82%of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS and ADL score of group A were(7.45±1.17)and(80.18±4.85)points,which were significantly better than(9.54±1.04)and(67.76±4.26)points of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of group A was 3.64%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 5.45%of group B(P>0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection combined with butylphthalide injection has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and can improve the cranial nerve function defects and quality of life.It is safe and reliable,and has clinical promotion value.
