摘 要:目的分析心理和药物治疗小儿多动症的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年8月至2020年8月诊治的80例小儿多动症患儿开展本次试验研究,将所有患儿随机均分为参照组40例和研究组40例。参照组给予药物治疗,研究组给予药物治疗联合心理治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组学习行为(1.11±0.41)分、心身行为(0.25±0.45)分、冲动行为(0.87±0.40)分、品行行为(0.86±0.22)分、多动指数(1.00±0.33)分、紧张焦虑占7.50%、担心影响学业占7.50%、家庭活动破坏占5.00%、难邀别人做客占5.00%、同学纠纷占5.00%,均低于对照组的(1.77±0.57)分、(0.64±0.61)分、(1.79±0.78)分、(1.35±0.48)分、(1.98±0.72)分、25.00%、25.00%、22.50%、20.00%、20.00%,差异均有显著性。结论给予小儿多动症患儿药物治疗联合心理治疗能够显著提升患儿的临床疗效,能够有效改善疾病对家庭产生的不良影响。Objective To analyze the effect of psychological and drug therapy on ADHD in children.Methods Eighty children with ADHD in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected to carry out the experimental study.All children were randomly divided into the reference group(40 cases)and the study group(40 cases).The reference group was given drug treatment,the study group was given drug therapy combined with psychotherapy,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The study group scores for learning behavior(1.11±0.41)points,psychosomatic behavior(0.25±0.45)points,impulsive behavior(0.87±0.40)points,moral behavior(0.86±0.22)points,hyperactivity index(1.00±0.33)points,stress and anxiety 7.50%,the heart-raising influence society accounted for 7.50%,family activity disruption accounted for 5.00%,difficult to invite others to be guests accounted for 5.00%,classmate dispute accounted for 5.00%,all lower than the control group(1.77±0.57)points,(0.64±0.61)points,(1.79±0.78)points,(1.35±0.48)points,(1.98±0.72)points,25.00%,25.00%,22.50%,20.00%,20.00%,the differences are all significant.Conclusion Drug therapy combined with psychotherapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of children with ADHD,and can effectively improve the adverse effects on families.
