复方阿替卡因在儿童牙体牙髓无痛治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的分析复方阿替卡因在儿童牙体牙髓无痛治疗中的效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月收治的158例牙体牙髓患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为对照组(79例)和观察组(79例)。对照组给予利多卡因进行麻醉,观察组给予复方阿替卡因进行麻醉。观察并对比两组应用效果。结果观察组患者麻醉起效时间、疼痛评分、不良反应发生情况、麻醉优良率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对在儿童牙体牙髓无痛治疗中应用复方阿替卡因的效果显著,具有起效快,不良反应少,疼痛程度低等优势。Objective To analyze the effect of compound articaine in painless treatment of children’s tooth and pulp.Methods One hundred fifty eight cases of children with dental pulp from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(79 cases)and observation group(79 cases)according to the drawing method.The control group was given lidocaine anesthesia,the observation group was given compound articaine anesthesia.Observe and compare the application effect of the two groups.Results The onset time of anesthesia,the pain score,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of compound articaine in the painless treatment of children’s tooth and pulp is significant,which has the advantages of rapid onset,less adverse reactions and low pain degree.
