摘 要:目的分析肝脏增强CT检查与肝脏磁共振成像诊断肝癌的效果。方法本次调研选取2018年1月至2019年6月本院接诊的44例肝癌患者,根据接受检查项目的不同将其分为对照组(接受肝脏增强CT扫描成像检查)、观察组(接受磁共振成像检查),对两组患者的诊断结果及相关诊断资料进行对比分析。结果观察组患者肝内病灶的检查个数优于对照组患者(P<0.05),而肝外病灶检查结果无统计学意义;观察组针对≥3 cm的肿瘤检出率、诊断准确率均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论磁共振成像检查与CT扫描检查均能对癌变组织进行诊断,但磁共振成像技术在肝癌≥3 cm的肿瘤检出率、诊断准确率以及在肝内病灶检查个数方面均优于肝脏增强CT扫描成像检查方式。Objective Analyzing the effect of liver-enhanced CT examination and liver magnetic resonance imaging to diagnose liver cancer.Methods The sample of this study was selected for 44 cases of liver cancer patients admitted to the hospital between January 2018 and June 2019,and classified them as control groups(receiving liver-enhanced CT scan imaging)and observation group(for MRI examination)and the diagnostic results of two groups of patients and related diagnostic data were compared and analyzed.Results The number of intrahepatic lesions in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the results of extrahepatic lesions were not statistically significant;the observation group had higher detection rates and diagnostic accuracy rates for tumors≥3 cm control group patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Both MRI and CT scan can diagnose cancerous tissues,but MRI technology is superior to liver-enhanced CT scan imaging in terms of liver cancer≥3 cm tumor detection rate,diagnostic accuracy,and number of intrahepatic lesions.
