涤痰汤联合牵正散加减治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价涤痰汤+牵正散加减治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的可行性,以期为急性缺血性脑卒中患者临床治疗工作提供参考。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年6月收治住院治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者,总计70例。随机分为两组,试验1组35例患者采取常规西药治疗,试验2组患者在常规西药治疗基础上配合涤痰汤+牵正散加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效及神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力、肢体功能改善情况。结果试验2组患者治疗后临床疗效高于试验1组,治疗后神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力、肢体功能评分优于试验1组(P<0.05)。结论对于急性缺血性脑卒中患者,在常规西医康复治疗的基础上联合涤痰汤+牵正散加减治疗可促进患者神经功能、日常生活能力、肢体功能改善,提高患者生活质量,加速患者康复。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of ditan decoction+qianzheng powder in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 70 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty-five patients in the first group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients in the second group were treated with ditan decoction+qianzheng powder on the basis of conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy and neurological deficits,activities of daily living,and improvement of limb function were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment.Results The clinical efficacy of the patients in the test group 2 was higher than that in the test group 1,and the scores of neurological deficits,activities of daily living and limb function after treatment were better than those in the test group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute ischemic stroke,combining ditan decoction+qianzheng powder on the basis of conventional western medicine rehabilitation treatment can promote the improvement of patients’neurological function,ability of daily living,and limb function,thereby improving the quality of life of patients,speed up the recovery of patients.
