FOLFOX4化疗方案联合参芪扶正注射液治疗大肠癌的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的研究分析FOLFOX4化疗方案联合参芪扶正注射液治疗大肠癌的有效性和安全性。方法选择我科2015年6月至2017年6月治疗的65例大肠癌患者为研究对象,根据随机原则分成两组。对照组患者33例,采用FOLFOX4化疗方案进行治疗,观察组患者32例,在采用FOLFOX4化疗方案基础上,每次化疗开始前3 d每日静脉滴注参芪扶正注射液250 mL,疗程与化疗同步结束。每2周为1个周期,连续治疗12个周期。观察两组患者的治疗完成度、临床效果和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗完成率和临床效果均高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液具有改善骨髓造血功能,促进血细胞的生成,提高人体的自我免疫,抑制肿瘤生长的功效,与FOLFOX4化疗方案联合应用治疗大肠癌,能显著增强化学药物的疗效,减轻化学药物的毒性,提高临床疗效,降低不良反应,提高患者的生存率和生存质量。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of FOLFOX4 chemotherapy combined with shenqi fuzheng injection in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods Sixty-five patients with colorectal cancer who were treated in our department from June 2015 to June 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random principle.In the control group,33 patients were treated with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy regimen.In the observation group,32 patients were treated with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy regimen.Each day,3 days before the start of chemotherapy,250 mL of shenqi fuzheng injection was intravenously administered.The course of treatment was terminated synchronously with chemotherapy.One cycle every 2 weeks,12 cycles of continuous treatment.The treatment completion,clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The treatment completion rate and clinical effect of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Shenqi fuzheng injection can improve the function of bone marrow hematopoiesis,promote the formation of blood cells,improve the body’s self-immunization and inhibit the growth of tumors.Combined with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy,the treatment of colorectal cancer can significantly enhance the efficacy of chemical drugs and reduce chemistry drug toxicity,improve clinical efficacy,reduce adverse reactions,improve patient survival and quality of life.
