摘  要:上流式厌氧污泥反应器(Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket,UASB)和微生物燃料电池(Microbial fuel cell,MFC)这两项污水生物处理技术吸引了研究者的目光。但UASB反应器在运行过程中存在需要较长时间启动、易酸化等缺点。MFC反应器作为一种清洁型处理技术,可以实现有机物化学能到电能的转换。本实验将UASB反应器与MFC反应器结合,构建UASB-MFC耦合系统,以糖蜜废水为底物,研究耦合系.统处理废水和产电能力。本次实验在低进水负荷下启动反应器,保持水力停留时间为6 h,进水流量40 L/d,分别控制进水的COD浓度为2500 mg/L,3500 mg/L.4500 mg/L,不断提高进水COD浓度。实验结果表明:当进水COD浓度为4500 mg/L时,最高COD去除率为70.62%。控制pH在7左右,温度控制在(35+1)℃,并对处于污泥悬浮层的微生物燃料电池外接1000Ω电阻,用万用表测定外接电阻两侧电压,电压稳定在105 mV,整个过程中最大的功率密度为56.1 mW/m^(2)。结合进水COD浓度变化,可知有机负荷影响产电微生物活性。本次实验过程中,测得氧化还原电位始终在-470 mV至-440 mV之间波动,pH稳定在5.8左右,反应器内产酸菌的发酵类型为乙酸型发酵。氧化还原电位与pH共同影响着反应器内部发酵类型。Upflow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB)and microbial fuel cell(MFC)have attracted the attention of researchers.However,UASB reactor needs a long time to start and easy to acidify.As a clean treatment tech nology,MFC reactor can realize the conversion of organic chemical energy to electrical energy.In this experi ment,UASB reactor and MFC reactor were combined to construct uasb-mfc coupling system.Molasses wastewater was used as substrate to study the wastewater treatment and power generation capacity of the coupling system.In this experiment,the reactor was started under low influent load,the HRT was maintained for6 h,the influent flow rate was 40 L/D,and the influent COD concentration was controlled to 2500 mg/L,3500 mg/L and 4500 mg/L respectively,so as to continuously improve the influent COD concentration.The experimental results show that when the influent COD concentration is 4500 mg/L,the highest COD removal rate is 70.62%.The pH was controlled at about 7 and the temperature was controlled at(35+1)9C.A 1000Ωresistor was con-nected to the MFC in the sludge suspension layer.The voltage on both sides of the external resistance was meas-ured with a multimeter.The voltage was stable at 105 mv.The maximum power density in the whole process was 56.1 mw/m^(2).Combined with the change of influent COD concentration,it can be seen that organic load affects the microbial activity of electricity generation.During this experiment,the redox potential fluctuated from-470 MV to-440 MV,and the pH was stable at about 5.8.The fermentation type of acid producing bacteria in the reactor was acetic acid fermentation.Redox potential and pH afected the type of fermentation in the reactor.
