摘　　要：在分析阻碍企业技术转移存在问题以及国内外促进企业技术转移方式方法的基础上,结合国外案例提出技术转移多阶段技术转移、互联合同—企业租赁技术、多代理契约—三角结构、企业特殊目的技术转移和纵向一体化等企业技术转移模式,为我国技术转移机构在技术转移服务中提供参考借鉴。On the basis of analyzing the existing problems that hinder enterprise technology transfer,the ways to promote enterprise technology transfer in the world,and combining with foreign cases,this paper puts forward multi-stage technology transfer,interconnection contract enterprise leasing technology,multi-agent contract triangle structure,enterprise special purpose technology transfer and vertical integration enterprise innovation to provide reference for the technology transfer service of our country.
