摘 要:本文采用ICP-MS法和LC-AFS法分别测定粳稻谷中的总砷和无机砷含量。结果表明:总砷在0~10 ng/mL的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.0207 ng/mL;As^3+和As^5+在0~50 ng/mL的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,As^3+检出限为0.24 ng/mL,As^5+检出限为0.44 ng/mL;44份粳稻谷样品检测结果表明,粳稻谷中无机砷含量占总砷含量的百分比范围为50.5%~78.9%。The contents of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic in japonica rice were determined by ICP-MS and LC-AFS.There was a good linear relationship between total arsenic and its concentration in the range of 0~10 ng/mL.The detection limit was 0.0207 ng/mL.There was a good linear relationship between inorganic arsenic and its concentration in the range of 0~50 ng/mL.The detection limit of As^3+was 0.24 ng/mL and the detection limit of As^5+was 0.44 ng/mL.The results of 44 samples of japonica rice showed that the inorganic arsenic content as a percentage of total arsenic content ranged from 50.5%to 78.9%.
