摘 要:文章旨在研究酵母培养物在动物生产上的实际使用效果,试验选取断奶仔猪300头(21日龄断奶),随机分成3组,每组5个重复,每个重复20头仔猪,单栏饲养。分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+1%的酵母培养物、基础日粮+100 mg/kg的金霉素,试验期为42 d。结果表明,在饲料中调价酵母培养物断奶仔猪的末重、平均日增重得到显著提高(P<0.05),而断奶仔猪的料重比和腹泻率得到显著降低(P<0.05),但酵母培养物对这些指标的改善效果都比不上金霉素(P<0.05)。而与添加金霉素和基础日粮相比,酵母培养物可以显著提高仔猪血清中T-AOC和GSH-Px(P<0.05),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。此外,与基础日粮和添加金霉素相比,在饲料中添加酵母培养物还能显著提高血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)的水平(P<0.05),但对IgG和IgM无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,在断奶仔猪日粮中添加酵母培养物可以改善仔猪生产性能,提高免疫功能和机体抗氧化能力,但效果不及金霉素,说明目前单独利用酵母培养物还没办法完全替代抗生素。In order to study the application effect of yeast culture on weaned piglets and its effect on growth performance,antioxidant capacity and immune function of piglets,300 healthy 21-day-old weaned piglets were randomly divided into three treatment groups with 5 replicates in each group and 20 piglets in each replicate.Piglets in the control group were fed with basic diet,and the other two groups were fed with 1%yeast culture and 100 mg/kg chlortetracycline respectively.The whole feeding experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,yeast culture significantly increased the end weight and average daily gain of weaned piglet(s P<0.05),decreased the feed to weight ratio and diarrhea rat(e P<0.05),but the end weight and average daily gain of piglets with yeast culture were significantly lower than that of the chlortetracycline group(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio and diarrhea rate were significantly higher than that of chlortetracycline group(P<0.05).The levels of T-AOC and GSH-Px in serum of piglets in yeast culture group were significantly higher than those in control group and aureomycin group(P<0.05),and the content of MDA in serum was significantly lower than that in control group and aureomycin group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in T-SOD between the aureomycin group and yeast culture group(P<0.05),but it was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the control group and aureomycin group,the level of IgA in serum of weaned piglets was significantly increased by adding yeast culture(P<0.05).To sum up,adding yeast culture to the diet can effectively improve the average daily gain of weaned piglets,reduce the feed to weight ratio,alleviate diarrhea of piglets,improve the antioxidant capacity of the body,and improve the immune function to some extent,but its effect is not as good as that of aureomycin,which shows that yeast culture alone cannot completely replace antibiotics.
