摘　　要：目的:翻译护士职场适应度量表(NWAS),并进行信效度分析。方法:对NWAS进行翻译和跨文化调试形成中文版NWAS,采用中文版NWAS对新入职的141名护士进行调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果:中文版NWAS包括工作环境与氛围、与上司的关系、业务自主3个维度,共17个条目。总量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.889,3个维度的Cronbach′sα系数分别为0.903,0.875,0.598,重测信度为0.791。验证性因子分析显示数据拟合度良好。新护士中文版NWAS总分及3个维度得分与状态焦虑及特质焦虑得分呈负相关,与心理资本量表得分呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论:中文版NWAS具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为我国新入职护士职场适应度的评估工具。Objective:To translate Nurses'Workplace Adaptability Scale(NWAS)into the Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods:Chinese version of NWAS was formed by translation and cross⁃cultural semantic equivalence assessment.The reliability and validity of Chinese version of NWAS were tested by means of questionaire among 141 new nurses.Results:The Chinese version of NWAS included following 3 dimensions:work environment and atmosphere,relationship with superiors,and work autonomy,involving 17 items.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.889.And the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of 3 dimension were 0.903,0.875,and 0.598 respectively.The test⁃retest reliability was 0.791.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitting indexes met the statistical standard.The total score and the scores of 3 dimensions of Chinese version of NWAS in new nurse were negatively correlated with the scores of State Anxiety Inventory and Trait Anxiety Inventory,and were positively correlated with the score of PCQ⁃24(all P<0.01).Conclusion:The Chinese version of NWAS had good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool for evaluating new nurses'workplace adaptability in China.
