小切口隧道内小梁切除术治疗白内障青光眼

摘　　要：目的分析小切口隧道内小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年3月—2020年3月收治的66例白内障合并青光眼患者开展本次试验研究,随机分为两组。参照组行标准小梁切除术,研究组行小切口隧道内小梁切除术,比较两组临床疗效。结果两组术后5 d、术后1个月和术后3个月平均眼压均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组的治疗完全成功率高于参照组但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予白内障合并青光眼患者标准小梁切除术和小切口隧道内小梁切除术治疗均能够起到较高的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of trabeculectomy in small incision tunnel for cataract combined with glaucoma.Methods 66 patients with cataract and glaucoma who were admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected to carry out this study.All patients were divided into two groups,the reference group and the study group,33 cases in each group.The standard trabeculectomy was performed in the reference group and the trabeculectomy in the tunnel was performed in the study group.Compare the clinical result of two groups.Results The mean intraocular pressure of the two groups in 5 days,1 month and 3 months after operation was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);the complete success rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Standard trabeculectomy and trabeculectomy in small incision tunnel can be used to treat cataract patients with glaucoma,which can get well treatment effect.
