摘  要:防御素是一种低分子量,富含半胱氨酸的阳离子多肽,具有天然的多重生物学活性。人β-防御素2不仅具有广谱抗菌活性,在抗病毒、抗肿瘤、免疫趋化以及调节获得性免疫应答等方面也起重要作用。人β-防御素2是消化系统重要的免疫分子,对调节机体肠道炎症反应具有重要作用。近年来研究表明,人β-防御素2在多种肠道病变组织中的表达水平升高,可能参与多种肠道疾病的发生、发展,但其作用机制还尚未明确,这必将制约人β-防御素2在肠道疾病中的应用。因此,对人β-防御素2与肠道相关疾病的关系及其作用机制的研究对指导临床治疗具有积极的意义。Defensin is a low molecular weight,cysteine-rich cationic polypeptide with multiple natural biological activities.Human β-defensin 2 not only has broad-spectrum antibacterial activity,but also plays an important role in anti-virus,anti-tumor,immune chemotaxis,and regulation of acquired immune response.Human β-defensin 2 is an important immune molecule in the digestive system and plays an important role in regulating the body's intestinal inflammatory response.Recent studies have shown that the expression level of human β-defensin 2 in a variety of intestinal diseased tissues is elevated,and may be involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of intestinal diseases,but its mechanism of action is not yet clear,which will definitely restrict the application of β-defensin 2 in intestinal diseases.Therefore,research on the relationship between human β-defensin 2 and intestinal-related diseases and its mechanism of action has positive significance for guiding clinical treatment.
