摘  要:在医教协同教育改革背景下,为了提高急诊科住院医师规范化培训的质量,改变传统急诊临床带教方式,采用新的临床教学模式,以提高规培医师急诊临床知识、急救技能、人文素养、科研思维及医患沟通能力等综合素质为主要目标,同时建立较为完善的评价机制,为社会培养出符合临床需要的新型医学人才。In order to improve the quality of standardized resident training in emergency department under the background of teaching reform of medical and educational cooperation,improve the traditional clinical teaching method of emergency and adopt new clinical teaching mode.The main objective is to improve the comprehensive quality of emergency clinical knowledge,first aid skills,humanistic quality,scientific research thinking and communication between doctors and patients and establish a more perfect evaluation mechanism to cultivate new medical talents for the society.
